Hosting

• Hosted in the United States.
• AI processing runs in the United States, and the AI is not trained on your answers.
• Databases have no public address and are reached only over a private network.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Isolation

• Each client organization has its own database and its own evidence storage.
• A provider sees only the organizations beneath it. Clients never see each other.
• Administering an account and seeing its findings are separate permissions. Every grant of access is logged.

Records

Scores, results, sign-offs and approvals can be added but never edited. The database enforces this.
